Base on below link information, Qualified Design ID (QDID) 82185 is no longer valid for new End Product Listing qualifications as of June 22, 2019,

and QDID 118739/118740 is only for BT 5.0 Qualified.

How do customers pass BT4.2 certification ( SDK2.x, BLE-Stack not BLE5-stack )?

Albert,

Customers who did not make the end product listing for QDID 82185 for the BLE Stack (4.2 stack) will need to use CC2640R2F SDK 3.20 with QDID 135680 which is Bluetooth 5.1 qualitified, but only features BLE 4.2 features. This is highlighted in this post:

This means the customer will have to port their application to SDK 3.20. SDK 3.20 will be available within the next few days.
