When I try to perform an OAD on launchpad, I use the following Postbuild step to generate the bin file which I do an OAD via the ios app.
${CG_TOOL_HEX} -order MS --memwidth=8 --romwidth=8 --intel -o ${ProjName}.hex ${ProjName}.out & ${TOOLS_BLE}/oad/oad_image_tool.exe ${WORKSPACE_LOC}/${ProjName}/${ConfigName}/${ProjName}.hex -t offchip -i app --imgVer 0 -ob ${WORKSPACE_LOC}/${ProjName}/${ConfigName}/${ProjName}_oad.bin -m 0x1000 -r 0x1000
My question is if we use offchip for launchpad, does it have an external memory? I actually want to replicate the OAD for my custom board - cc2650 which does not have an external flash. which command should I use to generate the bin file for my custom device?
