CC2652R: Problem to connect CC2652 launchPad kit with SmartRF studio and Flash programmer 2

Hi all,

I have a CC2642R1 / CC2652R1 launchpad kit on hand and i try to connect this kit with SmartRF studio 7 or SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 but having a unknown chip detection problem.

You can see the following page having unknown chipset detection by SmartRF studio

I try to use SmartRF Flash programmer 2 having the same unknown chipset detection problem (see the following) and then I try to use "CC26xx/CC13xx Forced Mass Erase" but it will indicate a Debug interface is locked problem.  Can you advise me how to resolve this problem on it?
