Hi All,

I would like to know the usage of DIO pins for JTAG and Serial port. I could see only TMS and TCK. Can I use any DIO pins for JTAG TDI 7 TDO or I need to use only pins with high drive capability for JTAG. Also I would like to know what are all the pins that can be used for UART TX & RX.

Please suggest your ideas.

The CC2640 supports 2pin cJTAG using the TMS and TCK pins. See here.

Have you experimented with the "Uartecho" example from the SDK?

You can use any pin as UART. More information on the SimpleLink UART driver interface here and CC2640 common implementation here.
