CCS/CC2650: How to clear the buffer memory?

I am using a cc2650 MCU on a custom board and a launchpad. I generally face the problem where the device just stops working after some time. Currently to resolve this , I am just doing a programmatic reset before   1 hr and its working for me. But can anyone suggest how to clear the buffer memory, bcz I am printing some data on uart and I think thats eating up the memory
