Hi,

Just want to check if there are any updated documents for Direct Test Mode for the CC2642R chipset. The only documentation that I am able to find is for the CC2640.

Hi Peter,

Are you talking about the HCI test mode? You can find some information in hte HCI Vendor specific guide:

Are there any guides or documentation that details how to get the CC2642R board into the Direct Test Mode? The link that you shared only has information on the Vendor Specific command and not how to get into the Direct Test Mode like this document, http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra530/swra530.pdf and http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/PTM_cc2640#How_to_add_Production_Test_Mode_to_a_CC2640_Application.

Thank you for the response. The link that you shared is still referring to CC2640.

Are you saying that we can following the same procedure to implement DTM/PTM on the CC2642R board?

Also refer to the simple_peripheral.c application code section #ifdef PTM_MODE as mentioned in the guide above.
