Hello,

I'm working with CC2652R1F Rev. E Soc. I programmed it with simple peripheral example and I can not connect it to a BLE device, it is visible but i can not connect and I have not access to the services.

I noted that this SDK has not a stack library when i import the project to CCS. It is just the simple peripheral project without the stack

Do you have any suggestions ??

Hi Sebastian,

Do you use a TI launchpad? What do you connect with?

The stack is included in the App project for the later releases.

Hello,

No, I don’t. I’m using my own board that I developed.

I was trying to connect it with the app sensor tag where I see it, but it doesn’t connect and it doesn’t show the ble services

I suspect there is something wrong with your 48M Hz crystal. I suggest you to and check your crystal first.

I have a signal of 47.998 MHz in the crystal.

But I still cannot connect and see the BLE services

47.998 MHz in the crystal seems a little critical to meet +/- 40ppm. Can you make it more close to 48M Hz? By the way, do you use Simplelink Starter app to connect to your BLE device?

Now i have 48.000 MHz, I modified it with

#define SET_CCFG_MODE_CONF_XOSC_CAP_MOD 0x0
#define SET_CCFG_MODE_CONF_XOSC_CAPARRAY_DELTA -22 //0x00

To connect the BLE device i'm using:

SimpleLink Starter, SensorTag and BLE Scanner and none of them works

Always the same, i can see it but not connect it

Hi Sebastian,

If you can see it, but not connect to it, the problem is most likely with the accuracy of the 32 kHz crystal.

Yes I think it is the 32 kHz crystal, i change it for the RC intern osc with

#define SET_CCFG_MODE_CONF_SCLK_LF_OPTION 0x3 // LF RCOSC

And it worked.

Hi Sebastian,

If you will be using the LF RCOSC you also need to enable crystal tuning and a few other things. This is described in the BLE Stack User´s Guide.

I will use the LF Crystal. I changed the capacitors, and it works perfectly.
