CC2640R2F: Current source (ISRC) accuracy

Hi,

I am considering using the current source function to generate a programmable bias voltage at the board level. In the part datasheet only range and resolution are given but no accuracy information. Are there measurements available for the % accuracy of the current output, temperature dependency, drift, etc.?

Hi,

The ISRC module was added primarily for cap-touch sensing where only relative capacitance is measured to identify touch. For your purpose, I believe, you may have to do calibration during production testing.

Thanks for the reply and I understand that the targeted cap-sense application only requires relative accuracy. It may still be useful for peripheral tasks if the error margins and sources are known so any information would be appreciated.
