How much the maximum payload size(real data for transmitting) for the data not included over head / header in Data channel ?

Hi,
The data physical channel PDU has a length between 2 and 257 bytes. It is compound by a Header (2 or 3 bytes), a payload and optionally a MIC [Message Integrity Check] (4 bytes). The size of the payload + MIC must be between 0 and 255 bytes (in total).
This information can be found in the Bluetooth Core Specification v5.1., Vol. 6, Part B, Sec 2.4.

My understanding, the payload format depends on LLID field of the Header
If I defined LL Data PDU, the payload field shall be 251 octets and If I defined LL Control PDU, the payload field shall be 27 octets by including opcode as figure below.
Reference information from Bluetooth Core Specification v5.0., Vol. 6, Part B, Sec 2.1 and 2.4.
Please you confirm, Is it correct ?
