The BLE-Stack initializes SNV, you do not need to do this in your application. However osal_snv_init will not automatically wipe the SNV area. I think there is probably some other reason the section is wiped after the crash. 

1) Do you run a bootloader or other piece of code that could be responsible?

2) Is the crash related to the SNV area?

3) When you say  stress test (connect/disconnect) , does it also involve pairing and bonding?

No.

I've no idea, since watchdog is enabled. I can try to disable watchdog and check if the crash is related to SNV area.

BTW, I did come across a memeory related crash (heap corrupted, maybe caused by double free or some reason), but that one didn't have this SNV issue mentioned here.

No. I only bonded at the first time. After that, just connect and then disconnect, and so on.

After check the code, I found there's only one place in my code base that may erase the bonding info, that's:

gap.c:274 (GAP_DeviceInit)

While, since I'm using public address for adv (addrMode = Public Address, for routine GAP_DeviceInit), the code shouldn't be there.

I failed to find another place that may erase the bonding info, in the code I'm able to view.

Are you using one or two SNV pages? 

Can you post a full memory dump of the device before and after the crash?

Yes, I am using cache as ram due to RAM size problem.

I'm using BLE5 SDK, so if dual SNV is adopted, flash size is an even more critical problem.
