WEBENCH® Tools/CC2640R2F: can this MCU be in Shutdown mode and initiate Bluetooth connection and establish connection.

Part Number: CC2640R2F
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BLE-STACK

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

based on the datasheet,

"Bluetooth low energy requires a slow-speed clock with better than ±500 ppm accuracy if the device is to enter any sleep mode while maintaining a connection. The internal 32-kHz RC oscillator can in some use cases be compensated to meet the requirements. The low-speed crystal oscillator is designed for use with a 32-kHz watch-type crystal."

is that means MCU can be in shutdown mode but still initiate Bluetooth connection and establish the connection? based on the architecture, it looks like Main CPU, RF Core (Bluetooth), Peripherals and sensor controllers are separate modules inside this chip and can work independently of each other. correct me if I'm wrong.
