CC256XQFNEM: Altium layout files

Hi team,

One of my customers would like the Altium layout files for CC256XQFNEM. It's important that it's the files for the chip version of CC2564, not the module version. Can you provide the files?

Hi Franz,

I hope all is well. We do not have Altium files for this project. We do have Cadence design files however. The schematic and board files is attached. Note that this is for the CC256xCQFM-EM, however it is identical to the CC256xQFNEM with the exception of the IC (CC2564B vs CC2564C).
