CC2564: cc2564 build for tiva Bluetopia_FP.lib was built allowing unaligned loads and other non-ideal build settings

Bluetopia does not release source for their stack and they have since been acquired by qualcomm making support on their end non-existant. This means we must all rely on the old pre-built libraries which use non-ideal build settings like allowing unaligned loads and using strict floating point mode. One of the project requirements is to fault (hard fault) on unaligned load which happens within the stack. Is it possible to get custom built libraries based on customer requirements or better yet, source code for the stack.
