Keyfob doesn't seem to be functioning after programming

Hi

 

I used the flash programmer tool to program the keyfob after I opened the package.

I received two kits and programmed both key fobs. Now, both don't seem to work.

No LED and buttons don't seem to do anything as well. 

Any ideas?
