CC2640R2F: Logic level for bluetooth

Hi TI support team,

If I supply VDDS = 3.3V, I need to know about input/output voltage level.

1. How much the value of input voltage for high level and low level ?

2. How much the value of output voltage for high level and low level ?

Hi TER,

My understanding input voltage is below

- Logic High: (0.8 x 3.3) = 2.64 to 3.3 V

- Logic Low: (0.2 x 3.3) = 0 to 0.66 V

Is it correct or not ?

Do you have output voltage for VDDS 3.3V ? or Do you have the formula to calculate ?

Based on the numbers in the datasheet is would assume that the level will be 2.84 V (0.86*3.3, where 1.54/1.8 =0.86). This value is a typ value that will be within the min/ max values on page 27.
