CC2640R2F: How I can get the sample code of off chip OAD and on chip OAD for BLE 5.0?

Hi,

I am having the sample code of OAD for BLE 5.0

If it is not there then what are the changes required for porting the OAD example from BLEstack to BLE5stack. So that I can perform OTA in BLE 5.0

This means OAD is not possible in CC2640R2 due to low Flash?

If you attach external flash or EEPROM to CC2640R2F, you can do OAD by yourself.

In my usecase, EEPROM is not directly connected to the BLE SoC. EEPROM is directly connected to the MCU via QSPI.

It is suitable for my usecase?

Do you mean you use CC2640R2F as BLE network processor and you have another MCU to act as host with EEPROM connected to this MCU?

Which one you want to do OAD? MCU or BLE Soc? What SW do you run on BLE SoC? Is it peripheral role application or BLE network processor?
