Hi All,

We are doing FW upgrade for CC1352P chipset through a host MCU. We are doing it through CC1352 Bootloader method.

In this method sometimes FW upgrade is success and sometimes it is failing.

To verify the process we did the memory dump of CC1352 from uniflash and checked. In this here and there one byte is getting modified.

Kindly suggest the input to fix this issue.

Hi Yasar,

1) What version of the SimpleLink CC13x2/CC26x2 SDK are you using?

2) Are you using the ROM bootloader?

3) Are you using SPI or UART?

4) Did you analyze what's going on with a logic analyzer?

3) UART

4) No, In the Host MCU UART we read and checked. It was proper upto there. Additionally we written to host MCU ROM and verified the memory dump which is fine.

Were you able to pinpoint the failing byte? Is it always the same one?

Hi Marie,

The failing byte is not always same.

The problem we found is because of higher baud rate it is failing and we are able to fix the issue with lesser baud rate.

During the debug time we are not able to point the isuue.
