CCS/SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK: Can't find the RTLS PC Agent or Python Script

Part Number: SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Using CCS, I'm attempting to get the SimpleLink Academy 3.30.03.00 RTLS setup running.  I've got the various development boards loaded with the proper master/slave/passive projects.

Task1 requires the pre-compiled agent to be running on a PC.  I can't seem to find that app in the designated location.

"In this task, we will use the pre-compiled rtls_agent_cli.exe located at
<SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK> → tools → blestack → rtls_agent → rtls_monitor. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the readme in the parent folder before starting."

That ...blestack folder only has 3 readme files.  The one named "RTLS Agent Readme" gives me "Cannot GET /tools/blestack/rtls_agent/README.html" when I click on it.

Later on in Task 2, it points to the same folder to get the required Python script.  It's not in that folder either.

"Navigate to the SDK folder (e.g. C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_x_xx_xx_xx\tools\blestack\rtls_agent)

Execute py -3.7 -m venv .venv"

What am I doing wrong?
