CC1352P: Frequency offset issue

Part Number: CC1352P

Hi,

I am designing a module with CC1352P (with the new silicon version of E (2.1)), but when I am testing the frequency offset using Smart RF Studio 7, I found it offsets over 500KHz from center frequency 2440MHz, which is obviously not acceptable. Here I attached the configurations and the spectrum data.

However, when I replaced the chip with previous silicon version of C (1.1), of which the result is totally fine. And this is the same board.

This experiment is also performed on TI's CC1352P-2 LauchPad, and the result is the same.

Please help to advise me what went wrong?

Thanks,

Evan
