Hi Team,

My Customer is looking for the land pattern recommendation for CC2642R-Q1 device. I've checked the datasheet and it seems that the thermal pad size is missing.

It looks like not all required information has been included in the datasheet. We are looking into why.

The thermal pad size is 5.15 +/- 0.1 mm
