CC2564MODA: Bluetooth Master cannot detect CC2564 when scan

Hi Experts,

We are using TM4C(Bluetopia) and CC2564MODA. Legacy BT mode is used. When a master device like PC or smart phone attempts to inquiry CC2564, the master cannot find the CC2564MODA. The ratio of this is around a couple of %. Both master and slave are already paired. After reboot CC2564MOD, the master can find CC2564MOD.

Do you have any information related to this phenomenon?

Hello,

Is this custom FW? If the devices are already paired they should have link keys stored to automatically reconnect. An inquiry is not necessary if the devices are already paired
