I want to program my cc2640r2f with on-chip OAD. I am going to follow the instruction written in : Over-the-Air Download User’s Guide For BLE-Stack™ Version: 2.2.1

But I'm not using IAR, I am using CCS and I cannot find the merge.bat file mentioned in number 2-a above.

I'm wondering which file should I insert in flash programmer 2.

I have another problem

When trying to run the simple peripheral OAD, I should build and flash the files in this order:

persistent

stack

app

BIM

But after flashing and building persistent, I flash and build the stack and it gives me error which as far as I know it means that it needs to be mass erased. But after erasing the chip will be clean of persistent build and flash.

What can I do?

- You can build the images using the toolchain you want

- To flash the images, you have to use Flash Programmer 2. You can have a look to the following thread to see some screenshots of the tool.

I am familiar with Flash programmer 2. 

My problem is that when I build the projects (BIM, persistent, stack and app) it doesn't make merged file in the app folder. 

What is wrong?

I don't understand what is going wrong:

- have you manage to compile the 4 images? (using CCS or IAR)

- have you manage to fin and run the merge.bat script?

- if you haven't manage to run the merge.bat script, have you tried to flash all the images at once using Flash Programmer 2?
