SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK: GapInit_getPhyParam Failed Error

Part Number: SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK

Hi.. I am new to BLE..

I programmed cc2640r2lp_host_test.hex to SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2 from below is the path:

C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_30_00_20\examples\rtos\CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL\ble5stack\hexfiles

When i connected Btool(C:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_30_00_20\tools\ble5stack\btool) getting error like 'GapInit_getPhyParam Failed'. 


Can anyone tell me why i am getting this error and how to solve this?
