Could you maybe elaborate on what you have done so far to test this? Have you for example followed the guide lines in the BLE User's Guide (the one that comes with your SDK) to implement the calibration functionality needed in order to operate without the crystal?

Also, have you done any changes to the projects when testing this, or have you tried taking the vanilla projects and enabling the calibration on those?

Lastly, have you considered how running without the crystal would affect the system reliability? I assume your device might not be battery powered?

I had follow the steps that describe at guidance of  "Using 32-kHz Crystal-Less Mode", except the step 2: Exclude ccfg_app_ble.c from build, i can not find this ccfg_app_ble.c file in my project.

  When execute dowanload and debug on my device , it can run into calibration function periodicity. At this time , the device was power by cc2650 Lanuchpad instead of battery.

I also want to kown that SDK include a .syscfg file,by edit CCFG.srcClkLF = "LF RCOSC" for using LF RCOSE, is that ok?

Your link is broken, but I could guess on the chapter. For SysConfig projects, the CCFG is generated automatically, I would skip step 2 in this case. Instead, go into SysConfig and TI Device and select the LF clock source to RCOSC.
