I'd like make small wireless  keypad using this MCU. Does this MCU come with built in antenna for Bluetooth communication? Or should I interface it externally?  Are there any MCU that come with builtin antenna for bluetooth?

    No, CC2640R2F doesn't come with built in antenna and you have to use external antenna. There is no any RF SOC will come with builtin antenna. To have builtin antenna, you should look for BLE module such as CC2650MODA.
