I don't quite understand your question, can you clarify:

1) What version of the SimpleLink CC13x2/CC26x2 SDK are you using?

2) Is your problem with the Project Zero example or the SimpleLink Starter app?

3) When it comes to Bluetooth, data transfer is a little bit different than just "send simple numbers." Please read through the BLE Custom Profile SimpleLink Academy lab:

4) What temperature sensor is this?

I have done that, and however when i open the IMB quickstart platform it reports that the device is not sending any data. How, do I change that? I would like to send data through this channel.

I just try Simplelink starter app and project_zero. I am sure it works and I can see data uploaded to IBM QuickStart. Make sure you enable "Push to cloud" and you can push btn-1 or btn-2 on LauchPad to make project_zero send data to IBM QuickStart immediately.

okay, But how do I edit the project to send different values to the cloud. I do not want to send the button's status to the cloud. I would like to send different data, is that possible? For example temperature from the integrated temp sensor? and if so how?

You can use LPSTK-CC1352R and refer to multi_sensor example.
