We are developing a solution based on your chip CC2640R2

and declaration https://launchstudio.bluetooth.com/ListingDetails/8933

I see that according to Qualification Assessment Date (2017-05-12) the declaration will expire this year in May.

What do we do after that? Can you provide a new declaration with a new QDID?

Can you specify which SDK you want to qualify your product on?

Hi Heinrich,

The QDID you have referenced is actually old and no longer relevant. Our latest SDK uses DID/QDID for BLE5 D041506 / 118740 which can be found in the release notes of the BLE5 Stack here: http://dev.ti.com/tirex/content/simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_40_00_10/docs/ble5stack/release_notes_ble5stack_1_01_08_00.html

This ID expires in Oct of 2021. Please be sure to use the latest SDK when starting with your development.

I see that this QDID is running out next year. What should we do next year?

Heinrich,

If you do your end product listing prior to that date, you are fine, however, if you do your EPL after that date, you will need to port to the newest SDK that features the updated QDID, whenever that might be next year.

Does that make sense?
