Compiler/CC2650STK: Can't build BLE-STACK-2-2-4

Hi

I just recently downloaded BLE-STACK-2-2-4 and trying to update the firmware of SensorTag modules.

I can't compile the project and just getting this build error 

com.ti.rtsc.TIRTOSCC13XX_CC26XX v2.21.1.08 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available.


Can you help me to find what is missing?
