CC2642R: Power Pad Vias in Example Board Layout

The following snapshot is from the CC2642R1 datasheet page 63. I have a customer who is wondering if there is a technical reason for not having ground vias in the corners shown by the green arrows.

Hi,

No, you can place Vias at the corners also. We used this 5*5 Vias in our Reference designs.
