CC2540: win10 x64

  I have the same issue, I have downloaded the drivers but Windows 10 refuses to see them.  Is there a setting in Windows 10 that needs to be changed to see the driver.  I have directed it to see in the windows/TI folder, the windows/program files folder, and even tried the download folder that has the driver.

My machine is an HP laptop/tablet with i3 and Windows 10 home.  I will upgrade if necessary.
