BT inquiry has no response

We use chip CC2564C with the latest service package TIInit_6.12.26, and from time to time we meet with inquiry no response problem.

Please help to check with the reason, thanks.

No, and there is no way to capture that.

Will it be a problem when we initiate a paring and enter inquiry state again without receive paring feedback?
