CC2564C no response and VE handset lost connection issue

Hello,

We use CC2564C and during our robot test we find chip no response issue, after some time our application restart the BT chip. Please help check what caused that, thanks.

Another problem is when we paired with one BT handset and one BT headset, we pair a smartphone, do inquiry, pair, remove, again and again, then handset lost connection with ACL link disconnect reason.Would you help check why this happened?

My question is when we initiate a pairing and enter inquiry again without waiting for the pairing result, will it cause problem?

    Hello Hong,

    Keep in mind during pairing there is some negotiation procedure taking place over the air between the master and slave. During this process the radio is being used to send pairing packets accordingly. It would be best practice to finish pairing before searching for new connections.
