CC2564C: Total I/O Current consumption in Active Mode

Hi There, in the CC2564C datasheet, the only reference I can find to the current consumption of the 1.8V digital IO rail is the following:

"Total I/O current consumption in active mode: 1mA (max)"

How is this defined? Does this 1mA mean the current consumption when the GPIO block is active but no load connected?

I guess the stuff that gets connected to the GPIO is then added to that 1mA? Correct?

Hi Kenda,

The current you are referring to is the standby current, so that is when the part is in standby. The 1mA of the I/O will consume this power. if you have items connected to the IO buss, this would add to this current.
