CC2640R2F: No Services in Advertisement Data

Hello All,

I am using CC2640R2F Launchpad running Project Zero. While scanning using "LightBlue" the Project Zero is getting discovered by it says No Services but after Connecting all Services are Displayed. I tried in both Ios and Android. How to Advertise the available services in the advertisement data.

Hi,

As you mentioned, the advertiser can chose to include or not its whole list of services inside the advertisement and/or the scan response.

You can have a look to the simple_peripheral example to see how to include a part of the services inside the advertisement list. You use the following symbols depending on the fact you are advertising the whole list of services or not and on the length of the UUID of the sevices: GAP_ADTYPE_128BIT_COMPLETE, GAP_ADTYPE_128BIT_MORE, GAP_ADTYPE_16BIT_COMPLETE, GAP_ADTYPE_16BIT_MORE, GAP_ADTYPE_32BIT_COMPLETE, GAP_ADTYPE_32BIT_MORE
