CC2564MODA: Bluetooth listing test A2DP/SNK/REL/BV-01-I

Hi,

My customer uses CC2564MODA with bluetopia stack 1.2R for Tiva.
They are testing their product with PTS(Profile Tuning Suite) tool. Their product is Bluetooth speaker (A2DP SNK).

Customer found one test, A2DP/SNK/REL/BV-01-I fails.
It seems the test is simply check release of the stream from SRC side.
Customer checked the same test with other off-the-shelf Bluetooth speaker and confirmed it passed.

Do you have any information why it fails with CC2564MODA?

TIVA bluetopia stacks are old.. Do, you have sniffer logs to see where it is failing..

Hi Hari,

Customer does not have sniffer.
Does Logger output or UART log help?

Hi Hari,

Customer got logs with PTS tool Protocol viewer(virtual sniffer).
I will send logs with off-line e-mail.

You can view these logs with PTS tool downloaded here.

You need SIG ID and password for download and activate.

We tried the AUD/SNK/REL PTS test with CC2564MODA (CC2546B) with MSP432 and do not see the issue..

Hari,

Customer is using Tiva + CC2564B.
What you tried was different HW and SW and does not mean anything for customer.
Please check with Tiva!

Hi Koichiro,

This issue has been resolved by updating the profiles to latest bluetopia versions we have in other SDKs. This has been provided to you and verified by the customer. We are working on discussing whether to update this in the TI.com release. This is pending.
