Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AXCH4T245, CC2564
Hi, in my customer application the CC2564C PIN A33 HCI_TX is connected to our SN74AXCH4T245 via a 22 Ohm series Resistor. The appliaction basically is looking the same applicarion as described in our SN74XCH4T245 Application Diagram
The signal which the customer can measure comming from the HCI_TX Output at the Levelshifter input e.g. 2B1 is loking as follow and we do not understand why ist shows form beginning the 0.5-0.6V offset before turnign high. Both devices I/O voltge is powerd from the same 1.8V supply.
Questions therefore are:
1) Does this waveform look the same in other application's
2) Where do you think this 0.6V offset might come from
3) If I understand the Datasheet correct the CC2564 HCI_TX is Hi-Z during powerdown and after power up it will turn to High. Do you see an option that the CC2564C could provide such a voltage level even in Powerdown.
4) if you see any other root cause for this offset, please let us know.
Thanks in advance,
