The link to download the software doesnt appear to work. Even though it might not work on windows 10, I believe it still holds firmware files that can be used to flash the CC2540 USB and potentially use it with wireshark or ubiqua

Ideally there would be a TI windows 10 compatible software option for the CC2540, but in the absence of that, at least need the sniffer firmware.
