CC2652R: Does The Master and Multi Passive devices provide the Aoa measurement?

1-) We want to get AoA data from master and other passive devices. Is it possible?

2-) If the answer is "yes" for first question, Does python code (in rtls_agent folder) enough for get Aoa data from them?

3-) Why Did you not implementation RTLS examples for CC2652RB Launch-pad? Can we implementation this examples for CC2652RB Launchpad?

    Hi,

    Good to have you back on the forum :)

    1) This is definitely possible. In SDK 4.10, our RTLS_UI provides this possibility. In addition, we have a few python scripts that allow this.

    2) The python scripts allow to receive the data from different nodes but does not do the triangulation for you.

    3) It is not trivial to enable RTLS for BAW devices (CC2652RB). First, CC2652RB is NOT recommended to be used as central BLE device (if it was not clear, in our examples, the master device has the central role). Second, TI has to characterize the CC2652RB for RTLS, and this has not been done. I cannot communicate any date or plan here regarding this work.
