Hello

I can't find the right SDK to work with Launchpad 2650 rev 1.3 . Can you please let me know it ASAP ( I need to make it work very soon).

I understand that the CC2650 support both BLE4.0 / BLE4.1 and BLE 5. do we need SDK that supports all these standard ?

Hi,

You can find the BLE Stack v2.2.4 which supports BLE 4.0/BLE4.2 features here: https://www.ti.com/tool/BLE-STACK

The stack is recently qualified up to BLE5.1, but only includes BLE4.2 features. You can find more info here: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra601c/swra601c.pdf?ts=1591473418661&ref_url=https://www.google.com/

For BLE5 features, you can look at the CC2640R2 or the CC2642 devices.
