Hello,

We are in search of a BLE so we can use it for one of our projects where one board(master) needs to communicate with another board( slave ). Can anyone suggest a low energy BLE from TI that has the master/slave code available ? Thanks a lot and appreciate the urgent response.

If you have to support lots of BLE5 features and will have large application, I would suggest you to use CC2642R. You can find more resources of CC2642R at .

In both SDK, you can find simple_peripheral and simple_central examples to start with.

Hi,

To complete previous answers, both CC2640R2F and CC2642R can be programmed as master-slave. To do so, we provide the examples simple_central and simple_peripheral in our SDK (see SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK for CC2640R2F and SIMPLELINK-CC13X2-26X2-SDK for CC2642R).

Thanks a lot! How much would be the rough current consumption with CC2640R2 in the best case when only BLE is working ?
