CC2640R2F: Can BLM18HE152SN1 be replaced with normal inductor in normal schematic?

Hi,

I am creating a space-constrained solution using the CC2640R2F. I had two questions regarding the schematic shown in the Datasheet:

1. Can the BLM18HE152SN1 be replaced with a normal inductor? What is the purpose of that component, especially if I plan to run the device at 1.8V?

2. I plan to run the device at 1.8V. Knowing this, VDDS and VDDR would be one and the same for the schematic, so can I simplify the schematic by removing one of the capacitor networks for power? For example keeping the capacitor network for VDDR but keeping the one for VDDS since I'd be attaching the two wires together
