now my basic define as

#define MAX_PDU_SIZE 27

#define MAX_NUM_PDU 6

#define DEFAULT_DESIRED_MIN_CONN_INTERVAL 16
#define DEFAULT_DESIRED_MAX_CONN_INTERVAL 32

my program can run normally but when i change

#define MAX_PDU_SIZE 230

#define MAX_NUM_PDU 1

the program can not run normal lost pocket is always occour , is there any other Define Need to Change?

Could you please specify which SDK version you are using? Also, are you using the BLE or BLE5 Stack?

Hello!

I believe the issue is being caused by the MAX_NUM_PDU constant being set too low. The MAX_NUM_PDU constant controls how many packets can be queued up at one time. Could you try increasing the MAX_NUM_PDU and checking if packets are still being lost?
