Which host device is being used? and which Bluetopia stack version?

The host device is GD32F450ZKT6. Stack version is CC256X\STM32\NoOS\Bluetopia.

It sounds like a Host Integration issue.. Please review the STM32 porting guide in CC2564X STM32 BluetopiaSDK.
