Currently there is a 32 byte whiten sequence, and now you want 255 bytes of whiten sequence. Where can I find this albino sequence, or can I provide it?
Turn off whiten by default. How do I turn off whiten ?

It seems not something accessible in TI BLE SDK.

Can you specify which SDK version you are using? Can you also specify if your question concerns proprietary RF or BLE?
