CC256XQFNEM: BL6450CQRVMR land pattern example for CAD PCB layout

There is only the package dimensions and exposed thermal pad dimensions on this BL6450CQRVMR datasheet ,

I cannot find about the land pattern dimension or example..

We need to design the CAD package of the chip for PCB Layout.

We hope you can provide the recommended land pattern dimension..

Hi hejun,

Have you tried using a different internet browser?

After you click "Choose CAD Formats & Download", you should see the page shown below.

From here, you would choose the CAD format depending on the PCB design software you are using and download the symbol/footprint.
