CC2640R2F: Project Zero how to make variable Packet lengths

I am using Project Zero as the basis for my product development and would like to know if there is way to make the Characteristic Value Array of variable length so that indications and read or write commands are of variable lengths.

I am using : D:\ti\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04\examples\rtos\CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL\blestack

Is this even possible?

Ozzy,

Since you are using the Project Zero, did you look at the custom characteristic that sends a long string? Although not a "variable" array per se, it allows sending a long string in subsequent packets. Something I mentioned at the thread below as well.

Yes, I found that in the Data_service.c file of Project Zero after I posted up in this forum. I think that will solve my issue.
