LP-CC2652RB: Transitioning/debugging from LaunchPad to Production PCB

I'm wondering if there is any advice on transitioning to a production PCB. In a perfect world, I would still be able to use cJTAG and EnergyTrace in my final configuration.

Can I use the XDS110 from my LaunchPad to as a cJTAG debugger on my production PCB? Or are people typically getting a standalone debugger for this? I see port P7 can be used for external targets, is there any documentation besides the LaunchPad schematic?
Is there any way to enable EnergyTrace off the LaunchPad? I assume, no.

I will be using a 1.8V system. I know the LaunchPad has level shifters to make debugging possible, but perhaps this affects a proposed solution/debugger?

The "XDS100 Out" on the LaunchPad can be used to debug and program external targets, and EnergyTrace on the LaunchPad can be configured to work with external targets as well.

Another option is to get a stand-alone XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe and XDS110 EnergyTrace High Dynamic Range (ETHDR) Debug Probe Add-On. These stand-alone probes provide better performance and more options compared to the on-board debugger. The stand-alone XDS110 supports 1.8-3.3V I/O.

Thanks, Daniel. It looks like the bare minimum requirement to my custom PCB is:

PWR
GND
JTAG TCKC
JTAG TMSC
RESET

I'll just pull those from P7 on the LaunchPad. I also want to confirm: for using energy trace, I understand PWR will come from the LaunchPad from pin 1 of P7 (LS_VDD; jumper set to "XDS110 Power"), however, I'm using an external 1.8V regulator (TPS62740) for powering the CC2652RB on my PCB and will use the XDS110 to simulate a 3V C2032 coin cell. I'm doing this so I can utilize the LOAD pin on the TPS62740 to separately power a bipolar supply chain for an ADC (see below). Anyways, is the XDS110 expecting 1.8V logic on the JTAG pins? I just want to make sure I don't need any other level conversion.

Matt,

The XDS110 on the LaunchPad has level shifters to allow it to communicate with 1.8V logic when the Power Jumper is set to "External Power." By default, the XDS110 expects 3.3V logic.
