1. Yes we have various SW packages depending on what host you are using (e.g. Linux processor or MCU). 

2. We have 3 products families that support BT (e.g. WiLink, CC25xx and CC26xx) none of them have an internal DAC. May I ask what you need internal DAC for? Maybe there is alternative solution. Does it have to be internal?

I do need an internal DAC to decrease number of ICs needed if CC2564MODA is used, Also to receive PCM data you'll need a CLK which which increase power consumption by host MCU. What do u think ?

Can we provide CC2564MODA slow clock input with 32KHZ only instead of 32.768KHZ in datasheet. it will really matter as 32.768 can only be provided by adding external clock

If you want either the CC2564 or the host can be PCM master. It is up to you how you configure it.
