Currently, there is software to make CC2564CQFN-EM work with MSP-EXP432P401R. 

Is there any software for CC2564CQFN-EM to work on MSP-EXP432E401Y?

    As, you mentioned the reference MSP432 platform for Bluetopia stack is MSP-EXP432P401R. With MSP-EXP432E401Y, you can use the same Bluetopia libraries (since the Cortex-M4F core is the same across MSP432 devices), but would need HAL and board specific changes/adaptations.
