Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi,
I am using Code Composer Studio Version: 10.1.0.00010 and CC2640R2 Development kit on my windows PC. I phase a problem When I try import simple_peripheral project in resource explorer to CCS IED, the software always asking me to install SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK version 4.30.00.08 package. And when I try to install the package from resource explorer(SimpleLink CC2640R2 SDK- 4.30.00.08/Examples/Development Tools/CC2640R2 LaunchPadBLE5-Stack/simple_peripheral/TI-RTOS/CCS Compiler), downloads the package of 270.2 MB size but failed to install with an error message "There was an error installing, please resolve before attempting to import again - socket hang up". After a few failed attempts, I installed the SDK manually by downloading it from TI and installed it in the 'C\ti\' folder. Again when I tried to import the simple_peripheral project, again prompted me to install the SDK, and on allowing it leads to uninstall the recently installed SDK and end up in the same error "Socket hang up". Kindly help me to solve this issue.
